Let’s begin with what asana is…

Asana is away to move your body so you can feel your body. Asana unblocks things physically stuck in your body. Asana reminds us to love our bodies just the way they are. Asana makes us move our bodies and at time feel uncomfortable.

In this section we probably will not stand on our heads but if that is for you, there is always yogis choice at the end.
