Let's talk Spirituality.

***there is a trigger warning on this video.*** I speak about religion in a very broad way but I do understand that any mention of religion could be trigger for some.

Having faith, being religious or being spiritual (however you want to say it) was not always easy for me. It is hard to explain why because honestly I think it is hard to discuss. If you are not in an organized religion some people look at that as not having faith or being spiritual. Maybe I am projecting here but that has been my experience. Then you have the other side when you are shamed for having faith. For me having faith is a feeling. A feeling of being guided through your intuition or other power. It is a feeling that is hard to explain. However, when you able to bare witness to the magic (yes, I use that word when I discuss this too) that comes from faith, comes from spirituality or from religion there is nothing like it.
