Hello Soul Traveler!
Here is the last video for this series…. The final takeaway (for now). Excuse the wind. I could not resist being outside today.
As you reflect back on this journey I hope you have added a little food for thought maybe even started making the smallest adjustments to fill your soul that much more.
I wanted to leave you with a few takeaways.
First is a reflections back on your self - care routine. This routine should include your non-negotiables and your emergency plan for when you find yourself out of balance.
The next is the chart mentioned and briefly seen in this video. Here you can plot out how you feel about each topic. As I stated in the video if one category is not something meaningful for you do not force it. Recognize it and move on (for now).
Now on to a reduced list of some of the books and people that have inspired me
Books:
Untamed by Glennon Doyle - If you are a sensitive soul this is a must
You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay - I also have her deck of power thought cards and pick one each day
Meditation from the Mat by Rolf Gates and Katrina Kenison I read from this each day and it surprises me each day.
Wellth How to Build a Life Not a Resume by Jason Wachob this book truly changed my prospective
Anatomy of the Spirit by Carolyn Myss this book is a bit Woo Woo for most but it is pretty powerful
Who inspires me:
Your Joyologist Tricia Huffman is a tool in my toolbox
Kathryn Budig She make makes me laugh and inspires me to be the most authentic yoga teacher I can be
Retta I mean she just makes me laugh each day and her book is also incredible but I highly recommend the audible so you listen to her tell her own story
Lisa Sarick She is my teacher, my guide and one of my first yoga teachers. She is who I call when I need my compass recalibrated or honestly she always appears when I need her wisdom
Last but not least Jessmyn Stanley. She is just a bad ass. Her yoga routines get in me on my mat through her app The Underbelly and she holds nothing back
With all the warmth and love I thank you for coming on this journey with me and hope to see you when we set off again soon.
May you be Happy
May you be Healthy
May you be Safe
May you be Whole.
"take what you need, leave what you do not"
With Warmth and Love,
Kim
