Feeling All Your Feelings

Hello Soul Traveler!

This weeks video is about feeling all your feelings. I started this video series because I remember so clearly the days I felt nothing, felt empty. As we begin to fill our souls with things that bring us gratitude, joy or light our fire it is also important to remember to feel all our feelings.

Allowing yourself to flow, not blocking the feelings of sorrow, anger, bitterness or even jealousy but not living there too long.

Though it is important to feel all your feelings it is also important to recognize when you are in them for too long. When you are finding yourself feeling like you can not be happy ever again or that you are angry / bitter with no end in sight this is when it is important to ask for help. Asking for help has long been left with a stigma of weakness but in reality I do believe that narrative is changing. Ask for help is really the true sign of strength.

My offering to you today is; it is okay to be angry but remember love. It is okay to be sad but remember happiness. It is okay to be jealous but remember celebrating one another. Remember to let it all in but do not hold onto it too long, let it go when you can fully let it go.
