Bonus Video - Self-Care

Today’s video was originally scheduled to be about careers and I planned to release something like this midway through our journey together. However, I woke this morning and knew I needed to release a quick overview on “self-care”.

Taking care of ourselves is paramount in ensuring joy, abundance and truly filling our souls. “Self-care” has been this new buzz word. Most the time you hear people joking about eating a cake, drinking a bottle of wine or getting their hair and nails done then putting a little #selfcare. When I speak of self-care my focus is more about what does your daily, weekly, monthly routines look like to keep you balanced. What does your emergency routine look like?

Have grace for yourself it may take sometime to really find what works for you and what truly does not.

Grab your journal. Circle back to what you documented that brings you joy, what has not brought you joy and start filling out the simple form below.

As a best practice I have my care routine in the back of my journal and each time I feel a little off I go back to look at it to see what I have not been doing for myself.

Have grace for yourself it may take sometime to really find what works for you and what truly does not.
